Description

In a time of disconnection and uncertainty it is crucial to learn ways to care for ourselves and community. Grounding 101 will set participants up with skills they can take into their everyday life to aid in regulation, mindfulness, and reciprocity.

Participants will be given an educational overview on what grounding is, the benefits of it, and have clear expectations set for this program. Mindful movement, breathing techniques, and a gentle walk will be offered throughout this program. During this time instructor Sarah, from YouBloom LLC, will offer questions and instruction to engage all of your senses for a truly unique and immersive experience in nature.

This program is part of the Nature Rx program. For more details on the program, please visit www.forcvnp.org/naturerx.
