Description: Get out and move! Join the National Park Service as we practice awareness and appreciation of nature’s wonders, including our own bodies’ movement along the trail. Come meet others who enjoy low-impact activity in the outdoors with a focus on mindfulness – and having fun!

Difficulty: Easy-moderate walking on forest trails with some incline.

Bring: Bring water. Dress for the weather and wear shoes suitable for a forest trail.
